Disgusting Pedophile Show to Return in Australia
The controversial Lifetime Show, 'Dance Moms' is returning in Australia.
Daily Mail reported last month that 'Dance Moms' will be receiving an Australian spin-off hosted by Australian singer/song-writer Nikki Webster. The show was popular in America, however episodes reveal the show to be absolutely disgusting. Multiple episodes depict young children dancing sexually while wearing extremely revealing clothing. One episode shows 8 year old girls wearing literal lingerie, with the American dance instructor, Abby Lee Miller, telling the children to act older. Back in 2012, one of the episodes was permanently pulled after depicting underage girls doing a "nude showgirl dance" while wearing barely any flesh colored clothing.
“As a treatment professional of sex offenders, I can tell you that adults who are attracted to minors definitely seek out shows just like this to whet their appetites,” Los Angeles-based psychologist, Dr. Nancy Irwin, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “They may attend the shows in-person, watch them on TV and seek out Facebook still photos and YouTube clips to pleasure themselves. The sexual body movements are more concerning than the costumes.”
Human behavior expert Patrick Wanis, PHD, says,
“This condones, encourages and motivates adults to imagine little girls dancing naked for their pleasure,” he said. “Of course it will arouse pedophiles and offer them a new legal avenue to engage in their lustful thoughts as they watch the little girls ‘nude’ on television.”
If experts are saying this about one episode, I have no doubt it would apply to the countless other grotesque episodes as well. Any and all forms of child sexualization should be condemned, whether it's child drag queens like 'Desmond is Amazing' or little girls running dance numbers in lingerie.
